By accessing or using Boxumer, you agree to be bound by these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Boxumer provides tools that automatically detect purchases from authorized email integrations, build a personal brand history, and let users rate experiences through simple signals such as 👍 or 👎.

The service may evolve over time. We may modify, improve, suspend, or remove features at any time in order to maintain quality, safety, or compliance.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Boxumer. If the law in your country requires a higher age to consent to a digital service, you represent that you meet that requirement or are using the service with valid parental or guardian permission where allowed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected misuse.

When you connect your email, you authorize us to access the data needed on a read-only basis to identify verified purchases and generate your personal history. You can revoke that access at any time, though some features may no longer be available.

You retain ownership of the ratings, optional comments, and experience signals you submit to Boxumer. You grant Boxumer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, transferable as part of a reorganization, to host, process, display, and use that content to operate the service and generate non-identifying aggregated insights.

You represent that your ratings reflect your honest personal opinion based on a real experience. You must not submit content that is misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or infringes the rights of others.

You may not use Boxumer to violate the law, bypass security, attempt unauthorized system access, scrape data at scale, disrupt the service, impersonate others, or publish abusive, false, or harmful content.

You also may not resell access to the service, automate unauthorized use, reverse engineer the service beyond applicable legal rights, or use Boxumer to build a competing product through improper access to the service.

Boxumer, its interface, trademarks, code, visual elements, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, no rights are granted to you other than a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these terms.

Ratings shown in Boxumer express personal opinions based on an individual's experience. They are not objective statements about a brand, merchant, or product, and they are not professional, legal, or financial advice.

The service is provided, to the extent permitted by law, on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that purchase detection will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boxumer and its officers, employees, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Where allowed by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros if you made no payment.

You may stop using Boxumer at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service, other users, or third parties, or if we must do so for legal or operational reasons.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after account closure, including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, and governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence. Subject to mandatory rights that apply to you, disputes will be brought before the competent courts of France.
